Run your server
from Discord.
WarDogs Server Commands connects your Discord to your WARDOGS server through the Warcon RCON panel. Status, moderation, map control, seeding and stats — where your community already is.
Wary of broad permissions? Pick exactly which permissions it gets.
Capabilities
Live status panel
One message in your status channel, edited in place: map, match clock, score, player count. Always current, never spammy.
Player moderation
Kick, kill, whisper or ban straight from buttons in Discord or the dashboard — with reasons and confirmations.
Broadcast & match control
Send server-wide broadcasts, change the map, end or restart the match without opening the RCON panel.
- ›Map rotation builder — edit the live rotation from the dashboard
Seed calls
When the server is low on players, the bot pings your seed role so the regulars show up and get it going.
Match recaps
Every finished match posts a recap: final score, winner, duration, MVP and the top fraggers.
Leaderboards
Kills, K/D, matches played and seeding time over 7 days, 30 days or all time — optionally as a public page.
Whitelist manager
Players who help seed get whitelisted automatically for a limited time. No spreadsheets.
- ›Paste a list of giveaway winners, give them a week, extend or remove any entry with one click — timed entries come off the server on their own
Full action log
Every action from Discord or the web is logged with who did it, what, to whom and whether it worked.
Cross-community reports & network bans
Members report players with clip links, your admins ban or dismiss. Confirmed bans can be shared with every other community running the bot — reporters stay anonymous, and each community decides for itself. Get a heads-up when a network-banned player joins your server.
Suspicious-performance alerts
Flags kill-rate and K/D outliers to your admins with the numbers next to the server average, plus one-click kick, ban, report or legit. A second pair of eyes — it never bans on its own.
One Discord, up to ten servers
Link every server your Warcon key can see and switch between them everywhere in the dashboard.
- ›Per-server status voice channel (🟢 24/64 · Harbor)
- ›Public server browser listing for your community
- ›/notify DMs when your servers fill up or a friend joins
Runs itself while you sleep
Set it up once and let the bot keep the server moving.
- ›Map votes in Discord as the round winds down
- ›Timed in-game auto messages for rules and your invite
- ›Schedules: night lighting, event maps, reminders
- ›Weekly awards post every Monday
- ›Customisable in-game messages in your own wording
Rewards for the regulars
The people who carry your community get something back, automatically.
- ›Automatic Discord roles from seeding, matches and kills
- ›Clan leaderboard from the tags in player names
- ›Server Boosters stay whitelisted while they boost
Fewer admin headaches
The tedious parts of moderation, handled before anyone has to open Discord.
- ›Ban appeals on their own page, decided with two buttons
- ›Team-balance alerts when the teams drift apart
- ›High-ping warnings and kicks, with an exempt list
- ›Name filter for slurs and stolen clan tags
- ›Spectator auto-kick that frees up parked slots
- ›Admin activity: who actually does the work
Deployment in 3 steps
- 1
Create a Warcon API key
In your Warcon org open API keys and create a key. Tick only the capabilities you want the bot to have.
- 2
Invite the bot
Add it to your Discord, then run /setup in a channel — or paste the key into the dashboard.
- 3
Pick channels & permissions
Choose where the status panel, log, recaps and seed calls go, then tick what each Discord role may do — every permission is a separate switch per role.
Your RCON password stays yours
- No RCON passwordThe bot never sees it. It only talks to Warcon's API.
- Scoped, revocable keyYour Warcon key only has the capabilities you ticked, and you can revoke it any time.
- Audited twiceEvery action lands in the bot's action log and in Warcon's own audit log.
